No. You can add games and build your library without one. Sign in when you want to rate and review games, keep My Stats and Notes, and follow friends. The games you already added come with you.

Open the Profile tab and tap Sign in. Backlog uses Sign in with Apple.

On the Profile tab, tap the gear next to the bell.

Search for the game, open it, and tap Add to Library. Your games sort into Wishlist, Backlogged, Playing, Completed and Dropped.

On a game in your library, tap its status, then Add to Collection. Your collections sit in their own row on the Library tab.

In Settings, tap Resync Game Covers under Library. It keeps going if you close it. The row shows once you are signed in and have games in your library.

Yes. Your library and the games in it open without a connection.

In Settings, tap Filters. Hidden tags hides games by tag, like zombies or dating sim. Adult games stay out of Trending, Search and Browse unless you turn on Show adult games.

Open the menu on a review, a comment or a profile and tap Report. To block someone, use the menu on their profile. Blocked Users in Settings lists everyone you blocked.

Yes. Turn on Private Account in Settings, and only followers you approve can see you. Activity Visibility chooses who sees what you play.

In Settings, tap Delete Account. Your profile, ratings, reviews, comments, votes and activity are deleted. The games on your phone stay there.

In Settings, tap Delete All Games.

In Settings, tap Invite Friends and share your link. Friends who join through it start out connected to you.

Yes. Add the game to your Wishlist and allow notifications. Release Reminders in Settings turns them on or off.
